A non-commercial rally run by volunteers
Welcome to all the volunteers, both to those who have been helping year after year, and those that are considering the possibility of this year being part of a new and exciting hobby.
Interest is all that is needed to taker part in one of Scandinavia's biggest veteran rallies, where more than 20,000 members of the public come to experience an atmosphere of nostalgia, amazement and fascination..
Be part of putting Græsted on the map and experience three days in steam and smoke along with one hundred other volunteers.
Choose between one of the many important jobs:
- Check entrance tickets
- Site handyman
- Security watchman
- Serve in the coffee tent (in periodic clothes)
- Be part of the team to solve special problems
- Parking guide
- Help making coffee
- Collect Rubbish
- Help serving breakfast and lunch
- and much much more...
If you take part as a volunteer, we pay your entrance fee and give you lunch in the volunteers tent.. Sunday evening we relax with a small party and gathering, where food and drink costs 150 kroner per adult and 75 kroner per child. We try to ensure that all shifts are dealt out evenly and fairly so that everyone has a chance to enjoy the rally.
